I honour your courage in seeking support within a capitalist, ableist society that often prioritizes individualism. I’m excited to walk alongside you in a therapeutic relationship built on trust, where your unique experience is centered alongside the systemic, cultural, and political factors shaping your life and relationships.

As a Black, queer, fat, Jamaican immigrant woman, my intersecting identities deeply inform my practice. I am a person-centered, strength-based therapist with a relational and somatic approach.

I work from a decolonial, anti-oppressive, culturally humble, and anti-racist framework that fosters authenticity and collaboration. Together, we will co-create a space where you can bring your full lived experience, and I will bring the tools and wisdom from my personal and professional journey.
